Eastman MD915 mandolin, Circa 2011
Eastman's f-hole mandolins are carefully made reconstructions of Gibson's prized F-5 mandolins from the 1920's. This top-of-the-line model was made by hand from first quality tonewoods including the best tiger maple for the back and sides. Even the binding is made from tiger maple. Just a great playing mandolin that sounds terrific.
